On behalf of all PNT Panama staff, we will would like to extend our gratitude for the quick solution on the Alice Reporting Request/Issue. We just ﬁnished reviewing all the new reports and they look good!
Just wanted to let you know that I’m really happy with Alice so far. Transition to the index codes and re-tagging is something but using the system is great. It is faster than my other POS setup for searching and scanning, which is amazing considering it’s cloud-based and my other POS database was in my oﬃce!!
I made the switch from my hold POS to Alice. For two years, we used this other POS in our store and did the switch to Alice in June. Will never go back. The computers I have are not top performers but I do remember opening an item and being able to make a coffee before it finished opening when I was not with Alice POS.
