Objet

SE2 is looking to hire a Support Specialist to support its SAAS software. The Support Specialist answers customer questions by phone or email, documents the customer’s ideas and suggestions, maintains the technical support website, and performs quality test tasks on the software.

 

Job Description and Required Skills

  • Answer customer questions by phone and email in English or French
  • Troubleshoot issues customers may face over the phone
  • Carry out customer satisfaction surveys
  • Document all information related to customers
  • Maintain Knowledge Base
  • Perform quality assurance on software

 

You are the person we are looking for if you

  • Love human relations and helping others
  • Like working with an innovative and dynamic team
  • Are comfortable with technology and advanced use of Windows
  • Are able o analyze and resolve issues quickly
  • Communicate with ease in French and in English
  • Respect troubleshooting processes and analyses technical problems
  • Are able to effectively present information and answer customer questions
  • Have a Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) or Academic (LAC) in a subject relevant to employment
  • Ease with WordPress and ability to make tutorial videos are an advantage
